The member also agrees that URLin8.com and Rekab e-Marketing LLCC may disclose, without subscribers consent, any and all information related to the member and their experience with URLin8.com to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request. • Should your membership be downgraded or terminated for any reason by URLin8.com or Rekab e-Marketing LLC you will not receive any refunds and you will forfeit any current or future commissions. • You may request to have your membership changed at anytime; however, no refunds will be given for unused time. • URLin8.com and Rekab e-Marketing LLC are not responsible for any material input by anyone other then URLin8.com and/or posted to the URLin8.com by anyone other then URLin8.com. URLin8.com and Rekab e-Marketing LLC disclaims any liability and responsibility relating to inappropriate use or inappropriate content of anything hosted by URLin8.com and Rekab e-Marketing LLC that URLin8.com and Rekab e-Marketing LLC did not solely create and post to the URLin8.com and Rekab e-Marketing LLC network. Spamming • URLin8.com strictly prohibits its users from sending unsolicited e-mail messages (“spamming”), including, but not limited to: Posting the same, or similar, messages to one or more Usenet or other newsgroups, forums, e-mail mailing lists or other similar groups or lists; Posting any Usenet or other newsgroup, forum, e-mail mailing list or other similar group, or list articles which are off-topic or otherwise violate the rules of the charter or other owner-published FAQ or description of the group or list; Sending unsolicited e-mail, including commercial advertisements and informational announcements to Internet users, or any unsolicited e-mail that could reasonably be expected to provoke complaints; Using e-mail to engage in harassment, whether through language, frequency or messages. Continuing to send someone e-mail after being asked to stop is considered harassment; Sending e-mail with falsified or obscured header or information designed to hinder the identification of the location of what is advertised; Collecting replies to either (i) unsolicited e-mail messages or (ii) messages that were either sent through another provider which violate these rules or those of the other provider. • URLin8.com allows only COI (Closed-Loop Opt-In) mailing lists. Users who send bulk e-mail to any “opt-in” list must have a method of confirming or verifying subscriptions and be able to show evidence of subscriptions for users who complain about unsolicited e-mail. The Company’s receipt of complaints from Internet users related to e-mails received due to users use of “opt in” list shall be a violation of this Terms and Conditions. • Any user that gets any of URLin8.com’s IPs listed on any legitimate Spam Block or Black hole list such as but not limited to SpamCop or Spamhaus will be billed a $100 charge directly or to your commission account and additionally a $100 per hour administrative charge to remove the block and protect our IP ranges and mail servers. . Advertisements • URLin8.com reserves the right to not accept any advertisement, link, or sponsor for any reason. We will not accept advertising or links known to promote or that link to sites that promote hate, violence, racism, discrimination, adult content, vulgar or obscene humor, propaganda, warez, gambling, hacking activities, degradation, harm, slander, cult activity. We DO NOT accept sites that are or that support or encourage activities of any illegal nature. • In the event that your destination site later changes or links added to other sites that are contrary to our acceptance standards, your link and/or ad will be deleted from URLin8.com without refund. • URLin8.com reserves the right to not allow any advertisement for any reason. • You may request to have your ad removed from our site at any time; however, no refund will be issued. Fees and Services • Members acknowledges that the initial costs and specifications of the services that the member is subscribing to have been disclosed to the member. URLin8.com and Rekab e-Marketing LLC reserves the right to change pricing and specifications of its service at any time. • URLin8.com will inform its members when changes are made to pricing or specifications of any service. URLin8.com may decide to change the rates and specifications of subscribers existing service for any reason at any time, and it will be at the sole discretion of URLin8 if and when any changes occur. Non Payment of Monthly Membership Fees • Your membership level will be reduced to a free membership if URLin8.com or Rekab e-Marketing LLC is unable to collect the any monthly fee associated with your current level of a membership. All associated benefits including, but not limited to commissions earned and advertising will be discontinued. • You may reinstate your paid membership by supplying an appropriate payment option; however, your monthly fees will be the current applicable fee for that level. You will not be able to reinstate your previous monthly fee amount. • URLin8.com reserves the right to not allow any advertisement for any reason. • You may request to have your ad removed from our site at any time; however, no refund will be issued. Transfer of Service • Members shall not transfer ownership of their service with URLin8.com to any other person or entity without prior written consent from URLin8.com. If URLin8.com agrees to allow the transfer of service, the new subscriber must agree to the URLin8.com.s Terms and Conditions. URLin8.com and Rekab e-Marketing LLC reserves the right to charge a fee for such a transfer. Discontinuance of Service • URLin8.com reserves the right to discontinue any and all services at anytime for any reason without notice. Disclaimers • URLin8.com and Rekab e-Marketing LLC will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer from using any of our services. This includes, but is not limited to: Any losses due to delays, non deliveries, wrong deliveries, service interruption, links not working properly, links not active, our site not accessible, our site not working properly, lack of communication, or any act of terrorists, hackers, Mother Nature, God, or government. Members also acknowledges that the absolute limit of any liability for anything for any reason to any subscriber at all can never exceed an amount equivalent to the charges payable by the subscriber to URLin8.com during the period in which damages are alleged to have occurred. URLin8.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice. Members must adhere to the policies and changes as they are made.
